Have you recently arrived in Sweden? Do you like to sing? Come and join us for a cosy afternoon of music and song.
We believe that music and song can strengthen us as individuals as well as the communities we live in.
We therefore invite you to an open sing-along at Midsommargården in Telefonplan, especially aimed at asylum seekers and Ukrainians covered by the Temporary Protection Directive who are not yet registered in the population register.
The event is organised in collaboration with TIA-Stockholm (Early Support for Asylum Seekers), with support from the County Administrative Board of Stockholm (Länsstyrelsen) and Midsommargården.
During the sing-along, we will sing simple songs and engaging choral canons in several different languages – including Swedish, English, Arabic and Ukrainian, as well as other languages. We are sure that you will find something that resonates and gives you joy.

No previous experience is needed – everyone is welcome to join.
Singing offers an opportunity to try choral singing while also getting closer to Swedish cultural life.
Refreshments will be provided.
